Originally built in 1910 for Frederick Brick Works employees, this 950 sf duplex, located near the proposed Frederick Gateway and adjacent to the Maryland School for the Deaf, is undergoing a major renovation. A contemporary interior design blends with the historic neighborhood and exterior features. Designed for sustainability with energy- & water-efficient equipment and systems, re-use and recycling of existing materials, among many other features & details.
