Inspector / Plans Examiner, we provide plan review services for educational facilities, state government buildings & campuses,
assisted-care facilities, recreational facilities, and a variety of municipal
and private buildings.
Substance
Review of construction documents for the Nevada State Public
Works Board for site and interior accessibility compliance. Project included
multiple public-owned facilities throughout Nevada including educational
facilities, State Parks’ buildings, State Capitol complex, and assisted-care
facilities.
Interior renovation of 3,000 s.f. community spaces for an
affordable housing complex. Project includes provision of public accessible
restroom, accessible kitchenette in meeting room, and addition of accessible
rental unit on ground floor.
Accessibility self-evaluation for all City and County of San
Francisco Unified School District-owned sites encompassing pre-K through 12th
grade, administrative and extra-curricular facilities. In-depth site
assessments documented all existing conditions and identified both Title II &
III accessible and non-compliant elements.
Architectural design, contract administration and engineering
coordination for interior and exterior accessibility upgrades of existing
Recreation Office, Gymnasium, Police Station, and Municipal Court buildings in
Sparks, NV.
Interior, exterior and site renovations for an 80-unit
affordable housing development encompassing 4 buildings on two separate
properties in Front Royal, VA. Unit mix includes 3 rental units designed for
accessibility for physical impairments and 3 accessible to the hearing / vision
impaired.
