Resort timeshare development in
environmentally- and scenically-sensitive location. Project included over
100 units in four separate buildings and a few individual cottages. Agency
interaction included local scenic resource preservation criteria and CEQA
impacts.
Pre-construction review for new construction of 38,000 s.f. four-story, 38 unit, senior residential building with adult daycare. Site improvements to the half-acre site included grade-level parking and stormwater management for this $10M inner-city project.

the renovation of a 464 unit historic rental housing project and new 19-unit
condo building. Project included improvements to entire 18-acre site
including stormwater management, undergrounding of utilities, and
installation of security fencing. Interior & exterior renovations to the
44 separate buildings were accomplished in five overlapping phases resulting in an award-winning project.
