of building configurations (single-family, duplex, 4-plex and townhome). Energy Star and EarthCraft criteria evaluated, as well as advanced framing techniques.
Construction monitoring of LEED-NC Silver, Class A office building on highway commercial corridor with a $10M construction budget. Project provides 64,000 s.f. office and atrium space in three-level contemporary steel and concrete deck structure with aluminum curtain wall system. Site improvements include underground stormwater management system and 274 grade-level parking spaces.
