Multi-phase improvements and additions to 25 year old
pre-engineered metal building, resulting in a contemporary office / showroom /
manufacturing facility for a gambling-technology producer. Initial site & space
planning resulted in addition of state-of-the-art conference, entertainment &
display areas, as well as administrative offices, employee services and
production areas.
Core, shell, public- & tenant-space design for a 10,000 s.f.
Class-A, multi-tenant office building with concrete tilt-up structural system.
Interior & exterior design & detailing and interior space
planning for a 50,000 s.f. manufacturing and office facility. Construction
systems included concrete tilt-up over a pre-engineered metal frame.
Modernization of existing 3,500 s.f. restaurant to reflect
elements of franchise prototype. Project included replacement of HVAC systems
and kitchen equipment, as well as new dining layout, finishes, lighting, and
accessible restrooms. Site improvements included reconfiguration of entries to
provide accessibility, new signage package, and outdoor dining patio.
Interior remodel and accessibility upgrades of 2,500 s.f.
medical suite to health clinic, administrative offices & pharmacy for public
health entity. Additional project for same client included interior
renovation, accessibility upgrades, site & landscape planning for a relocated
3,500 s.f., 2-story residential building to administrative and counseling
offices.
Feasibility Study for modernization of existing K-2 school
facility. Program areas accommodate nearly 600 students (740 core) within
approximately 85,000 s.f. of renovated and newly constructed spaces.
Interior multi-tenant fit-out for 39,000 s.f. of Class A
office space. Each tenant space displays a unique identity while maintaining
the cohesive design elements of the entire building.
Site feasibility assistance for a new 44,000 s.f. K-8 campus
for charter school. Project proceeded to construction as a renovation of a
33,000 s.f. existing historic church and school facility to meet school district
needs, accessibility regulations and life safety requirements.
Feasibility study for a 35,000 s.f. addition to existing
1960's school building to accommodate a student enrollment of 515 (640 core).
Program included School Based Health Center, expansion of Administration,
Instructional and Special Education spaces, as well as master planning to meet
requirements of Class-size Reduction Initiative.
Master Planning of 20-acre site in a multi-phase project to
include Sanctuary, Sunday School Classrooms, Administrative Offices, and Sports
Fields; 36,270 s.f. building envelope with $1.3 M budget. Project continued
from interior space planning and building systems research through bid
documents, including landscape and lighting design.
